Return & Refund Policy – Idole Lebanon

At Idole Lebanon, every order is carefully prepared to deliver a meaningful and premium experience. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure quality, fairness, and clarity.


1. Flowers & Perishable Gifts (Lebanon Orders)

As flowers and certain gifts are perishable and time-sensitive, they are not eligible for return.

However, your satisfaction remains our priority:

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • We may request a photo for quality review
  • If validated, we will offer one of the following:
    • Replacement
    • Store credit
    • Partial or full refund (case-dependent)

2. Non-Perishable Gifts (Lebanon Orders)

For selected non-perishable items:

  • Returns may be accepted within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition and packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened or used items
  • Items purchased on promotion or sale (if applicable)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. International Orders (Lebanese Products)

Due to the nature of international shipping:

  • Returns are not accepted for international orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • We will assess and offer a suitable resolution (replacement, store credit, or partial refund)

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before preparation begins
  • Once an order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible

For same-day delivery orders, cancellations are generally not possible


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

6. Delivery Issues

Idole Lebanon is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Incorrect contact details

If re-delivery is required, additional charges may apply.
