Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for eligible items, provided the product is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags intact.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain lingerie and intimate items may not be eligible for exchange unless defective.

Returns
Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, items must be returned in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for prompt resolution.
