Terms of Service – Idole Lebanon

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of idolelb.com and any purchase made from Idole Lebanon LLC, trading as Idole Lebanon (“Idole Lebanon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.

1. About Idole Lebanon

Idole Lebanon is operated by Idole Lebanon LLC, a company registered in the United States.

We provide gift-delivery services within Lebanon and offer selected Lebanese products for eligible international destinations.

Our operational and dispatch base is located in Jdeideh, El Metn, Lebanon. This location is not open to customer visits or collections.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using our website, you confirm that:

• You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You will not use our website, products, or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

• You will not interfere with the website’s security, functionality, or operation.

We may restrict or refuse access, cancel an order, or suspend service for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, sanctions restrictions, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.

3. Products, Availability and Images

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, dimensions, ingredients and images accurately. However:

• Colours may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen.

• Flowers, plants, food products and handmade items may naturally vary.

• Seasonal items and packaging may differ slightly from the images shown.

• Product availability may change without notice.

Products are subject to availability until the order has been accepted and confirmed.

4. Flowers, Perishable Products and Substitutions

Flowers, cakes, sweets, plants and certain gift products are perishable or dependent on seasonal availability.

When a specific flower, colour, ingredient, container or packaging item is unavailable, we may make a reasonable substitution of similar style, quality and value. Where a proposed substitution would materially change the overall design or character of the product, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer.

Minor seasonal substitutions do not constitute a defect when the overall value and character of the arrangement are maintained.

Customers with allergies, dietary requirements or other essential product restrictions must contact us before ordering. Unless expressly confirmed by us, we cannot guarantee that food products are free from allergens or cross-contamination.

5. Personalized and Custom Products

Personalized products may require photographs, names, messages or other customer-provided content.

By submitting this content, you confirm that:

• You have the right and permission to provide and use it.

• It does not infringe another person’s privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

• It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate.

You grant Idole Lebanon and the relevant production partner a limited right to use the submitted content solely to produce and fulfil your order.

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, photographs and personalization instructions submitted with the order. We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved or customer-submitted information.

Once production of a personalized item has started, it may not be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded unless it is defective, damaged, materially different from the approved order, or otherwise eligible under applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Prices, Currency and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges or other fees outside our control.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. We may use third-party payment providers to process payments securely.

Applicable delivery charges, taxes, duties or other charges will be displayed at checkout where supported and known.

7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product or delivery unavailability.

• An obvious pricing, description or technical error.

• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

• Payment failure.

• Suspected fraud or unlawful activity.

• A destination or transaction that cannot legally or operationally be served.

If we cancel an accepted and paid order before fulfilment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Customer-requested cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and may depend on whether preparation, purchasing, personalization or production has already started.

8. Delivery Within Lebanon

Available delivery dates and preparation periods depend on the products ordered, the delivery area, supplier availability and the time at which the order is placed.

Same-day delivery is available only for eligible products and locations when expressly displayed or confirmed. Other products—including cakes, balloons, Lebanese sweets, handmade items and personalized gifts—may require additional preparation time.

When an order contains products with different preparation periods, the longest applicable preparation period may determine the earliest available delivery date.

Requested delivery dates and time slots are preferences unless expressly guaranteed in writing. We make reasonable efforts to meet them, but exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

9. International Shipping

Only products identified as eligible for international shipping may be shipped outside Lebanon. Delivery estimates exclude customs inspections, carrier delays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer or recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes or handling fees that are not included at checkout.

Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products may lawfully be imported into the destination country. We are not responsible for delays, rejection or confiscation caused by destination-country restrictions when those restrictions were not reasonably known to us.

10. Recipient and Delivery Information

The customer must provide complete and accurate information, including:

• Recipient name.

• Delivery address and location details.

• Reachable recipient or alternative contact number.

• Any relevant building, access or delivery instructions.

By providing another person’s information, the customer confirms that they are authorized to provide it for order fulfilment and delivery communication.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information, restricted access, an unavailable recipient, refusal of delivery, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply when another delivery attempt is required for one of these reasons. For perishable items, redelivery may not always be possible.

11. Gift Messages

Customers are responsible for the content and accuracy of gift messages. We may refuse to reproduce messages that are unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

We may make minor formatting adjustments where necessary to fit the selected card or packaging without changing the intended meaning.

12. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Different rules may apply to:

• Perishable products.

• Food items.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Used, opened or damaged products.

• Products damaged during delivery.

• Incorrect items supplied by us.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under relevant law.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

13. Third-Party Services

Shopify hosts our online store, and third parties may provide payment processing, production, shipping, delivery, analytics, communications or other supporting services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Nothing in this section removes any responsibility that Idole Lebanon cannot lawfully exclude.

14. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, design, branding, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to Idole Lebanon LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product names, photographs, logos and materials belonging to suppliers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

15. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content for publication, you confirm that the content is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free right to display, reproduce and use that content for operating and promoting Idole Lebanon, subject to applicable privacy laws.

We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, unrelated or otherwise violates these Terms. We will not suppress a genuine review merely because it is negative.

16. Website Availability and Errors

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may correct errors, update information, suspend features or perform maintenance when reasonably necessary.

We are not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, hosting failures, cyber incidents or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idole Lebanon LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.

Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, security incidents, transportation disruption, supplier interruption, internet or utility failures, government restrictions, strikes or public-health emergencies.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and offer an appropriate solution where possible.

19. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that order and recipient information may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, suppliers, couriers and other service providers where necessary to process and fulfil an order.

20. Governing Law

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section deprives a customer of mandatory protections or rights available under the laws of their place of residence.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
